Origin & Processing Time

• All items ship from Morocco.
• Orders are typically processed and ready for shipment within 5–10 business days.
• Made-to-order or custom pieces may require additional production time; this will be clearly stated on the product page.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Europe & UK: 5–10 business days
• USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
• Rest of World: 10–21 business days
• Large furniture items may take longer due to freight handling and customs clearance.

Shipping Partners

We use reliable international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, Aramex, and trusted freight forwarders for large or delicate items.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the item. Select items may qualify for free or discounted shipping during special promotions.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to estimate these charges, as they vary by country.

Packaging & Handling

All items are securely packed to protect their craftsmanship during transit. Rugs are typically rolled and wrapped in protective sheeting; fragile antiques are cushioned and boxed with care.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours with photos and your order number by reaching out through our Contact page. We will file a claim and do our best to offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.

Returns & Exchanges

Each item at Studio Amiziq is carefully selected and often one-of-a-kind, handmade, or vintage — making returns more complex. Please read the policy below carefully.

Return Eligibility

• Rugs: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. Must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Furniture: Final sale due to size, shipping logistics, and custom craftsmanship.
• Antiques & Vintage Pieces: Final sale — these are unique and sold as-is.
• Custom Orders: Non-returnable and non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, item details, and clear photos if the item was damaged. We will respond with return instructions and eligibility confirmation.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, including any applicable customs fees or import duties. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

If your return is approved and received in acceptable condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method, minus original shipping fees. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your account.
