Where do you ship from? Do you offer international shipping?
All orders are shipped from our UK-based studio. Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade nature of our items, we generally do not accept returns unless an item is damaged in transit. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue.
Can I see your pieces in person?

Handmade Rugs
Are your rugs handwoven?
Yes, all our rugs are handwoven by Amazigh artisans in Morocco using age-old techniques passed down through generations. Each piece is a one-of-a-kind creation.
What materials and dyes are used?
We use 100% natural wool and plant-based dyes such as indigo, saffron, pomegranate, and henna. This gives each rug a rich, earthy palette that is both non-toxic and eco-conscious.
Do you offer custom sizes or colors?
Yes, we accept custom rug commissions. Whether you want a specific size, color combination, or symbolic motif, please contact us to begin the conversation.
How do I care for my rug?
Shake out regularly and vacuum without a beater bar. Spot clean with cold water and a mild detergent. For deeper cleaning, we recommend professional rug cleaning services.
Can I layer your rugs over carpet or under furniture?
Absolutely. Our rugs work beautifully layered over wooden floors, tiles, or even other rugs. They’re also durable enough to be placed under coffee tables or furniture with felt pads.
